Deposit of the first night’s accommodation is due at time of booking confirmation. If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the planned date of arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to the 1st night’s accommodation cost will be charged. Full payment is due 7 days prior to travel. For bookings within 7 days of travel full payment is due at time of booking. Amendments within 7 days of arrival may incur fees.
All cancellations will incur an administration fee of $50.00 per room.
Guests arriving after 9pm are requested to contact reception on 07 5442 1666 to confirm after hours check-in arrangements.
Check In Time: 2pm – 8:30pm
Check Out Time: 10am
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodated early check-ins or late departure during peak times such as weekends and school holidays.
On check-in, guests are required to provide a $150 refundable security deposit. This security deposit can be in the form of a Credit Card Pre-Authorisation (not Debit Card) or Cash/EFTPOS.
A $250.00 fee will be charged for smoking in room or if evidence of smoking such as cigarette butts, burn marks or strong odour is found inside the room. Smoking area provided.
We have a limited number of pet-friendly rooms available. Reservations for pet-friendly rooms must be requested at the time of booking.
Service animals and well-behaved pets are most welcome. Pet bedding, bowls and treats are provided.
Pets can not be left unattended in the motel room.
A pet services fee of $50 applies to all reservations. In the unlikely event that your pet does cause damage to the property, charges may apply.
