The journey starts off with a one-lap course swim at Mooloolaba’s spectacular surf beach, a challenging bike course along the Sunshine Motorway, and a flat running course towards the iconic Mooloolaba Esplanade, where after heading over the scenic Alexandra Headland hill, athletes will continue to Cotton Tree via Sixth Avenue and Alexandra.
Since 2006, this prestigious sporting event has grown to welcome the most diverse set of athletes with age ranges from 18 to 75 years old, representing over 70 countries worldwide.
