The Old Woman Ocean Paddle 2021
The Old Woman Ocean Paddle returns to Mooloolaba Beach for a full day of action-packed paddling to and from Old Woman Island.
Yet to experience The Old Woman Ocean Paddle? It’s a SUP event that welcomes all to join an 18km or 5km ocean paddle (Little Woman Ocean Paddle) held on Mooloolaba Beach. It’s also fun to spectate for non-paddlers, with a lively atmosphere to soak up on the beachfront!
Get ready as it takes place all day on September 5.
Ironman Sunshine Coast 2021
Here’s another one that’s coming to take over Mooloolaba. Ironman Sunshine Coast pulls in the region’s best triathletes for a gruelling endurance challenge that measures 113km – comprising swimming, cycling and sprinting!
If you’re not taking part (we understand!), make sure to come along to cheer on the participants and enjoy the action. It’s a spectacle to watch with an atmosphere like no other.
